Job Description
A large and established UK contractor is currently looking for a Site Manager for a large new build school in Essex. This company is well known for New Build schools, libraries and hospitals as well as commercial buildings. This is an ongoing contract as they would like to keep the right Site Manager on a rolling contract.
You will be a Site Manager with a proven track record with large New Build or Refurb Contractors. The project is about to finish the groundworks phase, so Site Management experience in groundworks would be beneficial but not essential.
