A position has opened up in our establishment for an experienced managerial couple to run all aspects of the business.
With an 80 seater a la carte restaurant to run, you must have experience in this field with a proven track record. Our wine bar has an extensive range of beverages and tapas food available, hence the need for a couple to run both parts of the business. Experience in HR would be an advantage as you need to deal with recruitment and referencing.
You need to have fluent English as your first language and have experience in the following:
Cellar Work, Stock taking, Training of staff, Health and safety policy.
You must be enthusiastic,polite,motivated and well presented to add that extra spark to this delightful establishment. The position will involve providing a high standard of customer service working on the floor and therefore we are looking for extremely multi-skilled individuals who strive to provide the very best standards of service to our customers.
