My client requires an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to work producing competitive Building Services solutions to Client requirements. Responsibilities will include evaluation of Client requirements using drawings and performance/detailed specifications, development of building services for computer generated drawing packages, working with other team members to secure solutions for best value bids, producing and evaluating supplier enquiries for products, materials and sub-contract works quotations, generating and responding to queries with the Client or his team, completing detailed Building services calculations in support of solutions based around Hevacomp software, and communicating with the Client and the team over issues within the project scope.

Excellent communication and organisational skills together with knowledge of computer based design and estimating are essential. AutoCAD capabilities would also be considered advantageous.
