Job Description
My client is a Commercial interior high quality fit out & refurbishment client who undertake projects from £1million - £40 million. They are currently looking for a construction manager to work on their £40milion interior refurbishment at Hanover Sq where they are working for an international blue chip client.
A construction manager/site manager would manage a number of subcontract packages within this project reporting into the No1 PM who is based on site. Over seeing the day to day management of contractors, implementation of Health & Safety policy/legislation and liaison with architects & design teams.
The ideal candidate will have indepth experience of interior fit out projects for either a main contractor or a large interior contractor and a stable work history. They will be of degree level and/or relevant professional qualification typically, MCIOB,MICE,MRICS or RIBA.
