My client has an immediate requirement for a Project Manager on a permanent basis to deliver new build and special project contracts.
Duties will include leading and directing cultural change throughout the construction team, providing management support to the Head of Construction with respect of the overall planning process of new build. Detailed knowledge of construction and good building practices. Ability to plan and coordinate single or multi phased developments. Verbal and numerical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills. Excellent organisational skills including time management. Experience in Construction Management at a senior site level with specific experience of new build and commercial developments.
