Job Description
Our Client, a sixteenth century country inn with roaring fires in the Winter, lots of nooks and crannies, and character coming out of every crack in the walls is seeking an Assistant Manager. Located within travelling distance of Swindon in Wiltshire the Inn is close to Badminton and the Beaufort Polo Club and is at the gateway to the world famous Cotswolds. The Inn is extremely proud of its delicious food, which is cooked fresh every day by their team of top chefs using only the best local free range ingredients.
The successful candidate will have had previous bar experience. He / she should have proven management ability and should be efficient with an attention to detail. He/she will have good timekeeping skills and will have the ability to inspire the team whose aim is to run the best pub in the area, with great food and a very warm welcome, where people can eat, drink, talk and above all enjoy themselves.
Live in accommodation is available. All candidates should be eligible to live and work in the UK.
