Well known Construction business requires CONTRACTS MANAGERS to join its successful and well established London and South East business.
With a focus upon major REFURBISHMENT projects they typically target schemes from £1m to £50m in London and the South East area.
Operating across most recognised sectors they have been particularly successful in securing new partnership work.
Due to their success, they are looking to recruit individuals with a good track record of successful project completions of at least £3m in value but with a preference for £5m plus.
The Contracts Manager is based upon a particular scheme and manages a portfolio of projects; the role is all encompassing, from client liaison through to management of the dedicated Project Managers.
Suitable candidates must have current UK construction experience as either a Contracts Manager or Project Manager with full project responsibility.
Ideally working for a well known business with steady career progression.
You must be well versed in dealing with clients and design teams, as well as managing projects through a management team.
