Job Description

We are currently working with the Regional arm of a national Main Contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client works on new build and refurbishment projects typically ranging in value from £1m-£10million. They are based in the London area and are looking for experienced individuals to join them for new projects they are winning throughout the London and Home Counties.

The work is varied and interesting; you will be solely responsible for all commercial aspects of a single or multiple schemes from inception to final account, reporting to a commercial director.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor from a build or similar background, with experience of UK projects, you must have the right to work in the UK or have a long term visa.
