There is a growing demand for Highways Engineers and we are looking for your transferable Highways maintenance skills! Located in Central London, supporting and assisting in the day to day management, you will progress in your career in leaps and bounds!

Your responsibilities:
• Identifying, preparing and evaluating the work programmes carried out by contractors.
• Monitoring the works, checking and verifying Contractor applications and their payments
• Assisting Engineers in attending Meetings in the absence of the Manager
• Organising and supervising site operatives to undertake Highways responsive Maintenance works
• Delivering to time, quality and budget
• Order materials in accordance with calculations by the client
• Record and report performance levels

This is a great opportunity to work in on the Central London network where you will involved in every aspect of the Highways Maintenance ranging from the revenue budgets to reviewing standards and procedures, to recommending appropriate strategies which will improve the quality of service, to assisting the Engineers in preparing the contract and tender documents.
