Job Description
A Senior Planner is required to work on a contract basis.
You will have at least 3 years policy experience working with a local authority in the past. You will be preparing documents within the local development framework, assisting with the process of development control applications and undertaking other policy duties.
The suitable candidate will have extensive knowledge of the planning legislation and be very familiar with the National Policy for planning.
You will also have great interpersonal skills has you will be dealing with people of all levels.
Must have a degree in Planning or any related subject, be MRPTI qualified and be a car owner & driver.
