Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE:-

To monitor the management of project with an aim of achieving completion within the contract period, that works are carried out within budget, to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
MAIN DUTIES/responsibilities:-

* To monitor and maintain progress * Monitor cost against budget/forecast * Ensure performance in respect of quality and prepare QA plans * Monitor safety performance and maintain safety plans * Monitor subcontractor/supplier performance * Assist in the preparation of programmes * Implement site administration procedures * Attend/chair meetings with clients, subcontractors and staff * Prepare performance report * Prepare procurement and scaffold schedule * Monitor information flow * Carry out site audits/QA *Correspond with client and/or consultants including the receipt and review of variations, drawings etc for distribution * Prepare O&M manual and CDM information * Assist Maintenance Manager in completion of defects
MUST HAVE:-

 Project Manager experience * Held position as Site Manager * Driving Licence

DESIRABLE:-

* MCIOB * IT literacy * Trade experience
