Job Description
A Yorkshire-based Local Authority is seeking a Senior Development Control Planner on an initial 3 month contract basis. You will have previous experience in dealing with major planning applications. Ideally you will have previous experience in dealing with Section 106 agreements, handling appeals, dealing with general public enquiries and dealing with the day to day tasks of planning. This Local Authority has a fascinating mix of towns and rural areas and ensures that the impact on the environment and interests of the community are at the forefront of decisions. This post requires a car owner and driver.
