Rural location in Devon, but close to Taunton. 2nd chef to assist chef/proprietor plus Barperson/front of house with experience in food service. Cheerful nature and right attitude more important than experience, however. Live - in large double room with all meals & bar allowance. 5 and half day week with same days off.
