Job Description
This small, design led practice based in Fulham Broadway is looking for an experienced technician to join the team on a short-term contract basis.
The practice currently covers a number of high-spec residential projects from listed building refurbishments through to new build projects. As an experienced technician, you will be required to prepare a number of working drawings for all stages of construction, and as such, knowledge of UK building regs is essential. Previous experience in NBS Spec Writing is also beneficial, with refurbishment and residential projects advantageous.
The practice is a small and lively office, and candidates should be prepared to work in a small team. Initially the role is for 4 months, however there are long-term opportunities for the right person.
