FANTASTIC Head Waiter position!!!! – 5*Hotel with accommodation - £15

Something spectacular, just 40 minutes from central London. Recently voted Best Leisure Hotel. This is a 5 star luxury hotel, world class spa and 18 hole championship golf course.

We are currently looking for a Head Waiter for our fine dining restaurant.

JOB PURPOSE:

You will be managing a section of the restaurant to ensure the highest standards of food and/or beverage service

Essential:

1. Previous food and beverage experience in a similar operation
2. Good food and beverage product knowledge
3. Experience of Hospitality point of sales systems
4. Exceptional customer service skills
5. Basic leadership abilities
6. Outgoing, enthusiastic personality

Desirable:

1. Experience of SMS Hospitality software
2. Basic training skills and experience
3. Sense of initiative
4. Excellent wine knowledge
