Job Description
We are an up market Brasserie within a 5* Hotel in Surrey, within easy reach of Central London and we currently require an experienced Head Bartender.
We offer a fantastic working environment, provide you with continuous support including on and off the job training & development and study sponsorship.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Hotel & Catering qualification
• Experience within quality Restaurants and Hotels
• Well educated, good customer service skills and presentable
• Excellent communication skills and able to deal with an International and up market clientele is essential
In return we will offer:
• A basic salary of £17,500 per year for a live in position and you will also receive - Service charge of £2,000/2,500 per year, plus cash tips
• £25.20 charge for accommodation (please note that £25.20 fee will also include free meals, uniform, laundry, water, electricity, gas, TV licence!!!!)
