Our 5* star Hotel and 3AA Rosette Restaurant is surrounded by 2,000 acres of rolling parkland, and our magnificent Tudor Manor House, with its Georgian and Victorian wings immediately conveys centuries of gracious living.

We are located in Northamptonshire, and our Head Chef has successfully created an outstanding repertoire of signature dishes that illustrate his straightforward philosophy, much inspired by his northern roots. Using ingredients that are sometimes local, sometimes wild but always of the highest quality, he treats classic combinations with simplicity that belie great technical skill.

Currently an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Hotel & Restaurant for a reliable Commis Chef.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high quality kitchen is an advantage
- Reliable and consistent past Kitchen experience
