Sous Chef - £26,000 – Slough (Buckinghamshire) 5* Hotel – Immediate start!!!

We are a charming 5* star hotel with a golf course and a health spa attached.

With two restaurants as well as extensive conference facilities, we offer the chance to work to a high standard in beautiful surroundings and an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Hotel in Slough (Buckinghamshire – 30 minutes drive from London) for an experienced and reliable Sous/Senior Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in food preparation & cooking
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high quality and high volume kitchen
- The ability to manage a team of 20/25 Chefs and to take his own decisions
