Job Description
Idyllically set in the heart of the beautiful New Forest, superb location for horse riding, walking fishing, golf and visiting the many nearby touristy villages. We are a 13th century country inn with 14 letting rooms and a very busy pub and restaurant serving outstanding cuisine in addition to delightful pub meals served in our pretty garden.
We currently have 3 vacancies, all offer live-in accommodation suitable for couples or singles.
HEAD CHEF: Previous experience essential, must be enthusiastic and creative, able to adapt and confident in cooking meals from fresh as well as traditional pub dishes.
2 x FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF: must be presentable, have a sense of maturity and definitely be outgoing, friendly and able to deliver quality service.
