Brilliant Restaurant!!!! - Sommelier –– Central London - £22K

We are part of a large chain of restaurants primarily located in London but with premises worldwide. The British menu is simply cooked and food and chosen from suppliers such as fisheries, local market growers, and farmers.

Currently we are looking for experienced Sommelier to join us for our well established central London operation. The restaurant is large and modern is style with open kitchens and a bar on entering.

Qualifications with Sommelier studies will be preferred (e.g. WSET level 2,3). We are a very staff friendly employer and as such have very low turnover.

The right person will have good language skills, want a career in hospitality & catering, experience running and operating their own section and in return I’m sure you will enjoy working as part of a highly regarded and professional team.
