Our client are a growing and progressive company with ambitious plans for the future. They currently seek an ambitious and motivated site management professional to join their UK flagship team, as they develop Europe’s largest and most prestigious Shopping Centre in West London.

As Site Manager you will oversee the finishing touches on the Carpark element of the works reporting to a Project Manager and Construction Manager.
Your role will include management of the overall production team, and ensure compliance with health, safety legislation. You will be overseeing the Carpark Element, including Epoxy Resin surface finishes, counter skid, barriers, lighting, signage, white lining, coatings and fireproofing e.t.c
This is quite a large development and there is close to 7 Months work on this section alone.
Experience on large scale developments is required and working for a UK Top 20 or equivalent overseas company in the same role would be an advantage.

The person must have experience with large scale developments.
This role will require drive, flexibility and the applicant will ideally have experience in large scale construction.
