Our Client are a growing and progressive company with ambitious plans for the future. They currently seek an ambitious and motivated site management professional to join their UK flagship team, as they develop Europe’s largest and most prestigious Shopping Centre in West London.

As Logisitics Manager you will oversee the Logistics element of the works reporting to a Project Manager and Construction Manager.
You main role will be to plan and co-ordinate with Site Managers and the Planning Manager the logistics for current and future phases of the development.
Assisting the Planning Manager in preparing documents concerning the phasing and sequencing of the works, you will have responsibility for organizing the presentation and cleanliness of the site, to maintain the high standards. You will also anage the enabling works associated with the alterations to the site entrances, traffic and pedestrian routes, associated signage, barriers and hoardings, waste removal e.t.c
Experience on large scale developments is required and working for a UK Top 20 company in the same role would be an advantage.

The person must have experience with large scale developments.
This role will require drive, flexibility and the applicant will ideally have experience in large scale construction.
