Our client are a major builder in the UK, undertaking a variety of multi-discipline contracts through a network of regional bases, each operating as a local contractor within its defined geographical area. Traditional, design & build, and management forms of contract are carried out in the commercial, retail, health, educational, leisure, public and industrial sectors.

They are well known and well respected Main Contractor who is actively recruiting for a Senior Planner / Planning Manager to join its Southern Education division.

You will be office based in Chelmsford, Essex, and must be able to demonstrate a good quality level of relevant experience in the construction industry.
