Job Description

A hospital that plays a major role in teaching with one in five orthopaedic surgeons in the UK training at the hospital. Comprised of six operating theatres and three recovery units. The theatre unit transfers both paediatric and adult patients into three recovery bays, which have the capacity to take a total of ten patients at any one time. Over 500 patients are treated in the unit in an average month. 16% of the patients are children and is therefore very paediatric orientated. The department is willing to recruit staff that can prove they have the motivation to take up the challenge of learning new skills. Registered Nurses with at least 18 months post graduation experience and with a keen interest/experience in Orthopaedics both adult and paediatrics are required. Located in extensive grounds set amongst beautiful green belt countryside. There is even a lake onsite and a staff-fishing club. Easily accessible from main roads. There is ample free parking on site. Within easy reach of central London and there is a free bus service to and from the two local tube stations. Extensive sports facilities on site, an Olympic sized swimming pool, a gym and a dance studio. Also on site is a subsidised staff restaurant and a staff social club.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS; You must be registered with the NMC (UKCC) to practice as a Registered Nurse in the United Kingdom. To be eligible you need to have a least one-year post graduate experience. Geneva Health International can assist you with the process of professional registration.
