Job Description

A Senior Planning Officer is required to work with a leading Local Authority based in Somerset on a permanent basis.
You will be working in the policy team with main duties of supervising the formulation, development & review of the Spatial Planning Policy Framework for the district.
The suitable applicant will have at least 5 years experience at senior level of Planning Policy work, with great communication & negotiation skills.
Must have a degree in planning or any related subject and hold corporate membership of the RTPI. Must be a car owner and driver.
