Job Description
Working for one of the UK's largest independent property consultancies, employing over 650 staff and are growing! The firm provides advice on matters concerning Real Estate and Construction in the UK and Europe to a broad variety of clients in the Private and Public Sectors.The require General Practice Surveyors at all levels.
As a General Practice Surveyor you will have good academic background and experience with valuation/appraisal. You will be highly numerate and literate and have excellent networking skills. RICS is not essential so, candidates qualified in a relevant professional discipline, will be considered.
The sectors in which the team work in are Education, Airports, PFI/PPP, Local Government, Health, Corporate, Local Authority and Regeneration. As part of a large multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in business development, advising a wide range of clients on your specialist area both internally and externally.
