Job Description
Working for one of the UK's largest independent property consultancies, employing over 650 staff and growing! The firm provides advice on matters concerning Real Estate and Construction in the UK and Europe to a broad variety of clients in the Private and Public Sectors. They require a Surveyor to join their Lease Advisory team.
As a Surveyor you will undertake a wide range of work including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring and section 18 valuations for all property types but with a bias towards offices.You will be RICS qualified and educated to degree level.
