Job Description
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their fast paced commercial team. The main responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor will be to work on fit out projects up to £15m in and around London. The main duties will be to work closely with a Project Manager and Estimator to ensure deliverance of the project.
Person Specification
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be required to have a background in fit out ideally banks, high spec office refurbishments and financial institutions. The Quantity Surveyor should have knowledge of projects up to at least £10m.
