Job Description
We are looking for an experienced chef who is used to a menu which contains mainly bought in meals which need reheating but with asome enthusiasm to create daily specials alongside. Experience of a carvery would be good as we are waiting for our unit to be installed.
Ideally we wish to recruit someone who will take control of the kitchen as well as stock & order controls whilst building the team to continue to produce great food to company specification quickly with high volumes during busy periods.There is a live in facilty ( one of the hotel rooms) with some great benefits from the company.
