If you enjoy working in the countryside, but don’t want to be too far from towns, this location would suit you.
just 15 minutes from Reading and half an hour from Oxford, bus stop 2 minutes away with regular services into Reading and beautiful Henley.
We are a 14th century country inn consisting of 12 stylish bedrooms, a function room and a busy bistro style restaurant that has earned us a proud reputation for fine food and service.

We are currently looking for 2 energetic chefs: a Commis Chef and a Chef de Partie who enjoy good food and cooking. Our daily changing menu of modern British dishes uses seasonal and local produce where possible. Training is available to develop your career.
Come and work alongside our talented kitchen team and help maintain our high standards and reputation.

We offer a good live in wage, dependent on skill levels, plus tips and all meals, staff house within walking distance, kitchen and laundry facilities. Monday to Sunday, 2 and a half days off per week, varied hours.
Live out wage also negotiable.
