Job Description
We require :
Assistant chef: to help with general kitchen preparation and be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Some experience would be desirable, maybe having worked at KP level as training can be given.
Front of house person: Friendly, enthusiastic, customer focused, must enjoy delivering the best service possible and have a good knowledge and appreciation of good food and wine.
We are situated in Clayhidon in the Blackdown Hills in Devon (although we are close to the Somerset border, so Wellington & Taunton are closer than Exeter. Immediate start, with accommodation available, (own room, and bathroom with fab views over wooded valley) good salary package with all meals included. You also would have the same days off
