Job Description
My client is a renowned 3AA Restaurant located in Central London with stunning views across the City. They are currently looking to fill a position of Sommelier.
Their Restaurant receives a great amount of Media coverage and clients range from food critics, writers and actors. They have a very low staff turnover as they believe in looking after their staff.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Sommelier and worked in fine dining 2/3AA Rosettes Restaurants.
Has excellent communication skills, is well presented and has an excellent wine knowledge
In return they will provide:
Good starting salary of £19,000 and review after 3 month
Excellent service charge and cash tips
Every second weekend off
7 Shifts
