We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly professional team at our new prestigious offices based in Stratford, East London.

- The ability to provide a highly tailored customer service function to our clients and candidates
- A drive to succeed personally and professionally
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
- Evaluating employers business needs
- Negotiating terms of employment
- Canvassing both current and prospective clients
- Clarifying and negotiating terms and conditions relating to the job role
- Advertising posts appropriately
- Resourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
- Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and preparing short-lists
- Monitoring candidates when placed, providing a supervisory role
- Collecting feedback from employers on the performance and suitability of candidates who have previously been placed with them

SKILLS
- Clear and concise communication
- Proven track record in customer service
- Ideally Business-to-Business sales experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft packages
- The ability to multi-task and be decisive
