Job Description

Our client, a restaurant, bistro and pub within easy reach of Tunbridge Wells in Kent, is seeking a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous chef to join its talented kitchen brigade. The restaurant prides itself on its outstanding food, excellent wine, good beer and great atmosphere. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate great cooking skills and effective leadership abilities and should preferably have had previous experience in a similar role within a highly regarded establishment. The successful candidate must be flexible about areas of work within the kitchen. He/she and will be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop his/her skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. He/she will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary £18K - £20K per annum
