Job Description
For more than 175 years our client has been has been established as a focal point of Jersey hospitality. Today the hotel combines the strong traditions of guest hospitality and care with a new contemporary design. Recently awarded 4 stars by the RAC & AA, the hotel provides the highest standards of comfort and service to both the leisure and business traveller.
The hotel currently requires a Sous Chef to join its established kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a passion for food. He / she will preferably have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in a 4* establishment and will be eager to develop his skills working with fresh ingredients under the guidance of the Head Chef. Previous rosette experience will be an advantage although not essential. All applicants will have good communication and leadership skills and will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary £20,000 per annum. Live in available.
