Job Description

Our client, a well respected SE England District Council is looking to recruit a Town Planner into their Policy Team. The contract will be for an initial 3months with possible extensions for a further 6-12 months thereafter. Paying £16.50 per hour this vacancy provides an excellent chance for the aspiring graduate or Town Planner with overseas experience.

A good understanding of the UK Planning Industry (or motivation to learn) is important in order to develop technical skills in GIS/MapInfo, checking planning applications history and updating planning records.
This is a “too good to miss” position, which is ideal for the aspiring Town Planner who desires furthering their knowledge with a view towards moving into Development Control or Policy Planning.
