We are currently looking to recruit a Chef De Partie or commis chef and a waitress (must be a girl to share all female accommodation) to join our jolly team.
Chef : Must have a real passion and understanding of food and be keen and willing to learn and develop but training will be given. Ambition and inventiveness are essential. Spoken English is also important.
Waitress: Excellent spoken English is essential as is a bubbly and friendly personality. The ideal candidate will be hard working and motivated and have a genuine interest in the hospitality industry. Some experience is preferred but not essential as we are happy to provide training.
