The role will involve loads of time spent contacting (both in person and on site) suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors and putting pressure on them to submit relevant documents in order to satisfy each scope of works (the candidate will be confident and comfortable communicating at all levels)

Ideally They are looking for someone who is proactive, forward thinking and able to work without constant supervision. They require someone to develop the role themselves and undertake any troubleshooting during the process. The ideal candidate would have worked or is currently working within the Construction/Building industry, someone who understands the construction process from planning through to completion.

PLEASE NOTE - there will be training given to the successful candidate in this regard but it is important that the individual has the practical exposure in the construction of new and existing documentation and not just the processing side. The role will involve setting up and maintaining a filing system, so that all site records and documentation will be readily available for audit purposes.

This position ideally suite someone who comes from a Construction/Building background who is looking to develop a solid grounding on various other phases of the project especially Quality procedures.
