Job Description

Reporting to: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Key responsibilities include preparation and agreement of:
Monthly interim payment arrangements as appropriate.
Post contract and final accounts
Final payments to sub-contractors while first ensuring complete clearance of all defects.
Costing and agreement of valuations.
Monitoring progress and variations.
Preparation of forecast monthly valuations.
Assessment of Sub-contractor accounts.
Compiling commercial site diary
Liasing with client on site.

Also:
Responsibility for document control for on site commercial team.
To liaise, co-operate and work as a team together with all directors and office staff, project teams, contract managers and site supervisors, personnel and sub contractors to ensure excellence in communication and in all outcomes connected with the company.
