One of the UK leading property consultants is looking to appoint an Associate for the London office to join the planning and development team.

The Associate will join a team that already team consists of 80 people in London. You will be involved in delivering major development projects working with public sector and development agency clients. The work is wide ranging and you will be involved in all stages of the process - from initial feasibility and viability advice, marketing development opportunities, structuring partnerships between the public and private sector and ensuring that schemes are delivered on time.

The Associate will have qualifications and experience in Town Planning and or Regeneration. The successful candidate must come from a proven consultancy background and will possess strong communication skills (verbal and written). The job will require someone who is capable of business generation, so will also have excellent presentation skills.
