Job Description
A leading real estate and planning company are looking to appoint a Senior / Principal Planner to their central London Office.
As Senior / Principal Planner you will be involved in a range of planning projects including the preparation of land appraisals, preparing planning applications and statements, LDFs, development briefs and conducting research and analysis.
The Senior / Principal Planner will hold a Town Planning degree, post qualification experience in either the public or private sector and must posses excellent report writing, organisational and communication skills.
