Job Description

£28,000-32,000 pa. Experience gained from the world’s best architectural firms, has enabled the two Directors who set up this practice to provide design flair and commercial integrity to all sectors of activity.

Fereday Pollard is a small to medium sized practice which maintains a really friendly working environment and takes its exceptionally positive approach to a range of constructions, from individual buildings and interiors, to the broader challenges of regeneration, transportation and urban design. Currently they require Part 2 Assistants who they can rely upon to maintain such standards whilst developing the business further into new international markets.

The projects are unique and varied in nature and will provide first rate experience to candidates interested in the role of the end user, and also in consultation in sustainable design, green building technology and the role of landscaping in the design of new infrastructure. Typical projects on which you would get involved are the Stratford International Terminus, Crossrail and a new underground metro system to begin in the Spring.

The ideal candidate must have proficiency in Microstation and preferably experience in detailed design and working on site. As many projects require construction information, experience in coordination and providing tender information is also preferred.
