A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the UK's largest independent property consultancy with offices spanning across the UK including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Paris and Frankfurt. Due to their significant and ongoing growth, they are recruiting an Associate to join the planning and development unit based in the London city office. As part of an 80 strong team, you will be a valuable member and integral to the ongoing growth of the company. The work is exciting and wide ranging, with projects ranging from relatively small regeneration schemes to major central area developments. As an Associate, you will be involved in all stages of the process, from initial feasibility and viability advice, marketing development opportunities, structuring partnerships between the public and private sector and ensuring that schemes are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills and have a proven track record in development consultancy. Strong presentation and business generation skills are important and beneficial for the right candidate to possess.
