Job Description

We are looking for a unique person to assist in all aspects of the running of a characteristic old drovers inn on the beautiful Isle of Mull. The Inn attracts a lot of regular as well as seasonal trade. The duties include bar work, food service and delivery and housekeeping.

The applicant must have previous hotel trade and bar experience, be highly motivated to deliver an excellent service, have a can-do attitude, be of smart appearance, have a good command of English language and most of all totally trustworthy.Living-in accommodation and food is provided.
