This really is a job with a difference, how would you fancy working hard and playing hard at Staffordshire’s unique canal-side attraction, a buzzing new development full of shops, bars and restaurants, situated in Central England and easily accessible to every part of the country. Even the staff accommodation is on a beautiful Dutch barge on the marina. We are a very busy bar and bistro restaurant that pumps day and night where customers come to enjoy the atmosphere and live bands. EXPERIENCED DEPUTY MANAGER REQUIRED…….

The ideal candidate would be customer focused, and capable of the general day to day running of the Waterfront. Experience in Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting departments would be advantageous. You would need to be able to work at a Supervisory level but also be a team player. You will be an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a positive attitude to team working and must share in our passion to take this business to higher levels. This position is for a LONG TERM commitment. A generous live-in salary package is offered.
