A top UK multi-discipline consultancy looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Central London team of experts. Company has a wide-range of projects across Great Britain, and abroad in the industry sectors of commercial office, education, health care, residential, retail and many more on a small, medium and large scale. Among the top schemes, Senior Engineer will be assigned work for a £125m mix-use new development in Newcastle, and a comparably-sized 40-storey London Docklands residential new build.

Successful applicant will be assigned the following roles:

To work as Senior/Principle Design Engineer as part a team of Mechanical team of 20, producing HVAC designs from specification through to implementation
-Perform a senior, possibly leading role in the group, expected to support and help with the development of more junior colleagues
-Attending site meetings and liaising with Consultancy's clients on a regular basis, acting from day one as a representative of the business

To be considered for this role you should be:

-Able to demonstrate an excellent technical competence, which can live up to company's high expectations
-Chartered or working towards Chartership, although very experienced candidates will of course be considered regardless (even without degree or HND qualifications)
-A proven leader and team player who will be an asset the company from day one and add to its excellent reputation across the country
