This really is a job with a difference, how would you fancy working hard and playing hard at Staffordshire’s unique canal-side attraction, a buzzing new development full of shops, bars and restaurants, situated in Central England and easily accessible to every part of the country. Even the staff accommodation is on a beautiful Dutch barge on the marina. We are a very busy bar and bistro restaurant that pumps day and night where customers come to enjoy the atmosphere and live bands. Come join us and be part of a fun and lively team of 84 staff members.

BAR & WAITING staff should be presentable, have a sense of maturity and definitely be outgoing, friendly and able to deliver quality service.
An experienced HEAD CHEF is also required to complement our existing large team of kitchen staff.
