Job Description
We are in need of a Head Chef for our traditional pub and restaurant situated a short distance from Upminster tube station.
We are prepared to pay an above average salary plus bonus for increased sales and achievement of target GPās
Applicants must have experience in a similar branded environment, be able to work under pressure and overcome all challenges. Ideally you would have previous experience of costing and stock control, menu planning and would be responsible for maintaining the kitchen to the highest standards in accordance with the company specifications.
If you have the desire to work with fresh quality food, are self motivated and driven, have good communication skills we would like to be in touch with you.
We can offer live-in accommodation.
