Please apply now for this exciting central London planning role. The Council requires someone with relevant UK experience (or strong overseas experience) in regeneration issues, policy making or development control:
- Drafting planning objectives, policies and proposals for inclusion in the Council’s statutory development plan and other planning guidance documents.
- Preparation of area-based urban design frameworks and design guidance, relating to height, bulk, massing etc. Undertaking character appraisals and provision of urban design advice to Planning Policy Team
- Writing supplementary planning guidance and planning briefs.
