This Assistant Site Management role is for an experienced Finisher who has a good history working within the House Building industry. The site consists of 140 units at various stages. The successful candidate will be able to deal with all aspects of the finishing process from 2nd fix through to conclusion and locked door. Experience in Timber Frame Housing would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for a long term permanent contract. However, in return the client will expect commitment, the drive to complete the project on time and to ensure the correct specification is delivered.
The successful candidate will be able to 'hit the ground running' and be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the construction process which has been gained by working with other industry leaders in the past.
